Group therapy is a great platform for sharing your story, building confidence, exploring new ways to repair and strengthen relationships, and changing habits that aren't working for you. It offers a supportive interpersonal environment for trying out new approaches to old problems, and to learn by watching others do the same.
Move Forward with Coaching
Coaching offers a hands-on, goal-oriented approach to making improvements in your personal or professional life. Less formal and "boundaried" than traditional psychotherapy, coaching allows you to drill down to the nitty gritty of your personal and professional hopes and ambitions, to translate your values and vision into a clear plan for growth.
Move Forward with Therapy
Individual psychotherapy provides a trusting environment for exploring problematic life-patterns such as anxiety, depression, relationship failures, addiction, and general "existential" malaise. Whereas coaching can help you address specific goals, psychotherapy helps you uncover and dislodge thoughts and feelings that disrupt our relationships our effectiveness.
